Seven and Tuvok are captured and forced against their will participate in a UFC style fighting tournament. Tuvok is too badly injured to fight, so Seven takes his place in her first fight. Now she is to fight again, this time to the death. It's now a race aboard Voyager to find Seven and Tuvok before this particular fight ends in a death.
